Peterson has an exciting opportunity for an experienced and proactive Property Manager, who holds a BCFSA Rental Property Management License, to join our residential team to support our properties in Vancouver, Burnaby and Richmond. You will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and profitability of revenue producing real estate properties of your assigned residential rental portfolio. You will be managing operational costs, property financials and capital projects, while ensuring that quality services are provided to tenants and stakeholders.

We are seeking a driven Manager, Real Estate Finance to join our team. Curious, collaborative, and proactive, you take ownership of your work and contribute across debt execution, lender engagement, corporate cash flow planning, pro forma modeling, and scenario analysis.
Residential Maintenance | Vancouver, BC
We are looking for a hands-on 5th Class Power Engineer to join our residential maintenance team as Building Operator at Langara Gardens, a 50-year old, 21-acre residential community. This role supports the day-to-day operations of the property, including inspections and maintenance of boilers, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
