Matty’s Patty’s Burger Club is chef Matty Matheson’s burger joint, born as a little pop-up in Japan and now slinging burgers around the world. They smash 3oz Ontario beef patties, pile on American cheese, toast up a sesame bun, and finish the whole thing with signature sauces.
